The Montenegro Citizenship-by-Investment Program will be limited to only 2,000 applicants over a three-year period. The processing time takes around 6 months.
The Price is a minimum of:
100.000 EUR Donation in a Government Funds plus
250,000 EUR investment in approved real estate in a undeveloped area (in the north of the country) or
450,000 € Investment in approved real estate in a developed region (in the south of the country)

Additional fees for Due Diligence, notary fees, background check and Advisor and Lawyer Fee, depending on the size of the family, on top. The applications can be made via GCI Unit Montenegro from October 2018.
